We value the information and opinions you provide, and we guarantee that all identifiable personal information will be held in strict confidence and never be released to a third party without your explicit consent, except as expressly provided herein and in the draftndrag.com Terms and Conditions. Draft N' Drag has created this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") as a demonstration of its commitment to your privacy when using the draftndrag.com Web site (sometimes referred to as this "Site"). Capitalized terms in this Privacy Policy have the meanings ascribed to them in the Draft N' Drag Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise indicated.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy.

  1. Draft N' Drag will not disclose Members" names, residential or email addresses, telephone numbers and other identifiable personal information.
  2. Draft N' Drag will anonymize all Member market research responses before reporting them to Clients.
  3. Draft N' Drag will not use this Site to solicit the purchase of products or services.
  4. Whenever possible, Draft N' Drag will contact Members by email so that they will not be interrupted at inconvenient times by telephone calls. However, with Members" explicit permission, Draft N' Drag may phone from time to time with invitations to participate in special projects and/or focus groups.
  5. Each Member's decision with respect to participating in a particular study or discontinuing such participation will be respected.
  6. We will maintain high standards of professional conduct in the collection and reporting of the information you provide and do our best to make participation in studies a pleasant experience.

2. Information Collected during the draftndrag.com Registration Process.

During the draftndrag.com registration process each new Member provides contact information, including his or her name, residential and email addresses as well as certain demographic information, such as gender and date of birth ("Profile Information").

Why do we ask for this information" First and foremost, our Clients are interested in learning about the opinions of consumers concerning products and services. Some products and services are intended for all American consumers. Other products and services are intended for specific market segments. Draft N' Drag makes its best efforts to provide Clients with a survey of relevant opinions. Demographic information is key to matching Client needs and Member characteristics.

We ask Members for their residential and email addresses so that we can issue invitations to participate in upcoming market research surveys and, importantly, so that we can deliver earned Incentives. We may also use Members' zip codes to determine if they qualify for special projects such as in-person focus groups.

When anyone participates in a market research survey or provides Draft N' Drag with identifiable personal information without first becoming a Member, the only such information Draft N' Drag retains is an email address and any residential information submitted. Such information is used to (1) deliver Incentives and (2) limit the number of times a survey is taken. In addition, we are obligated to retain and report certain identifiable personal information as required by law or regulation, particularly with respect to Incentives of value.

3. Other Information Collected on draftndrag.com.

As part of the market research survey process, we often ask Members for additional demographic information (e.g., income) and information regarding interests, hobbies and product/technology usage. Again, this assists us in providing Clients with relevant responses.

4. Information Collected Passively on draftndrag.com.

Draft N' Drag makes every effort to ensure that Members have a positive experience interacting with this Site. To accomplish this goal, we use "cookies" to collect specific items of information (e.g., browser type, operating system, Internet service provider, access times, etc.). We may also use cookies to retain usernames and passwords so that we can recognize and welcome Members when they return to this Site. Nevertheless, Members are required to log in each time they visit this Site in order to access password-protected areas (e.g., areas containing identifiable personal information or Incentive balances). Upon registering, a Member's IP address may be collected but will never be associated with that Member, that Member's identifiable personal information or survey responses. A Member can disable cookies by turning them off in his or her browser options without affecting survey participation.

5. How Draft N' Drag Uses Information.

  1. Surveys. Draft N' Drag uses Profile Information to invite Members to participate in current market research surveys or, in some cases, to provide them with survey results. On rare occasions Draft N' Drag may also notify Members about new draftndrag.com features or other products or services related to our business which we think may be of interest.
    2. Many of our surveys offer Incentives. Any information provided by Members as part of an Incentive program is subject to this Privacy Policy.
  2. Winners Policy and Privacy Guarantee. Members who take our market research surveys or participate in specially designated projects may be qualified to be entered into sweepstakes or other promotions. All winners are notified by email, mail and/or phone of their winnings. For more information, please review the specific rules and regulations of each sweepstake.
    3. We love to let visitors to draftndrag.com know about our prize winners. It helps our community grow. Frequently we ask winners to grant us permission to post their names (first name and last initial only) or avatars, if any, on the Winners Page. We never post a name or avatar without a winner's prior permission, however.
  3. Limitations on Sharing Member Information. Draft N' Drag never sells the identifiable personal information of its Members to any third party or uses that information ourselves to sell you anything. We use such information for internal purposes and share it only as follows:
    • From time to time, we may need to share such information with contractors who perform services, such as Web hosting or Incentive fulfillment on our behalf. If such entities need to collect information on our behalf, this would be clearly stated at the time of collection.
    • Typically Draft N' Drag releases only aggregated or anonymous information to Clients. When Clients request additional information, Draft N' Drag specifically asks each Member for consent. Please note that Clients that receive identifiable personal information are required to sign and abide by industry-wide standards regarding disclosure of respondent-identifiable data to clients.
    • DISCLAIMER. Draft N' Drag MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO PRESERVE MEMBER PRIVACY. IF REQUIRED BY LAW OR BY OUR GOOD-FAITH BELIEF THAT SUCH ACTION IS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH A JUDICIAL PROCEEDING, COURT ORDER OR OTHER LEGAL PROCESS, WE MAY BE COMPELLED TO DISCLOSE MEMBERS" IDENTIFIABLE PERSONAL INFORMATION. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE US FROM ALL LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH DISCLOSURES.
    • Passively Collected Information. In order to improve Members' experiences on this Site, Draft N' Drag may use passively collected information to determine which areas of this Site are most popular, which areas require improvement and what additional technologies are being used by Members. Such information also allows us to monitor our security procedures to ensure that Member information remains completely confidential.

6. Online Safety and Security.

draftndrag.com has many security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have already mentioned usernames and passwords. In addition, access to all identifiable personal information is restricted to a few key personnel. Draft N' Drag never asks Members for private information such as credit card or social security numbers as a prerequisite for participation in market research. We may, however, be required by law to request a social security number to comply with reporting laws and regulations when a Member receives an Incentive.

7. Business Transfers.

Draft N' Drag is owned and operated by Peacock Nine, LLC ("Peacock Nine"). As Peacock Nine continues to grow, it might buy additional assets or sell or otherwise transfer assets. In such transactions Peacock Nine's right to contact its Members and Member Profile Information would generally be deemed to be transferable assets. Such a sale would only be consummated with an entity that agreed to comply with all of the material terms of our Privacy Policy.

8. Notification of Changes.

When Draft N' Drag makes changes to this Privacy Policy, it posts such changes to draftndrag.com so that Members always have access to the most up-to-date version of the Policy. If Draft N' Drag intends to use identifiable personal information in any way that differs from its then-current Privacy Policy, it will notify Members via email. If Draft N' Drag makes any material changes to its then-current Privacy Policy that do not affect identifiable personal information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on draftndrag.com of the such changes. In some cases Draft N' Drag will also email Members to notify them of such changes. Members who have opted out of all communication with BUZZSPONGE, deleted or deactivated their accounts will not be contacted, nor will their identifiable personal information be used in the new manner.

9. Privacy Policy Applications.

This Privacy Policy applies to special interest subpanels owned by Peacock Nine.

In the event that Draft N' Drag manages a Client-owned panel or online community, that Client's privacy policy and Web site terms and conditions will apply in lieu of this policy.
