How do I become

Answer: It's

the Draft N' Drag website?
Answer: If
you have lost or forgotten your Draft
N' Drag password, simply click
here. Your password will be sent to
your email address within 24 business

How do I update
or change my personal information and/or
my email address?
Answer:Simply
log-in to your membership profile and
click on the Update My Profile link. Remember,
keeping your profile up to date is very
important. We use this information to
send you surveys that we feel will be
of the more interest to you. Additionally,
we need a current email address in order
to contact you about your rewards! |

How do I unsubscribe
from Draft N' Drag?
Answer: We
appreciate your ongoing participation
in the Draft N' Drag community and we hope
that you will remain a long-term member.
Remember, the more you participate, the
more you earn! However, if you would like
to terminate your membership, you may
login
and click on
the unsubscribe link in the Member's section.

How will I receive
Draft N' Drag surveys?
Answer: For
most surveys, we will send you an email
invitation to participate in a Draft N' Drag
survey. In most cases, this link will
be protected so that only you can participate
in the survey. From
time to time, you may also be contacted
(via email or phone call) to ask whether
you would be willing to participate in
an in-person focus group. Please note
that we will only call you if you provide
your explicit permission to do so (in
your profile settings). |

How
many surveys should I expect to receive?
Answer:
On average, most members receive between
1 and 2 surveys per quarter. If you decide
to join BuzzSponge.com, you may also be
eligible to receive additional survey
invitations. Also, members should expect
to receive one to two reminder emails
for each survey they are invited to. |
Why
do you ask personal information in surveys?
What happens to this information?
Answer: In
many surveys, we ask questions about your
household, employment, age, gender, and
racial background to help us correctly
classify your responses. Additionally,
this information helps us ensure that
we have an adequate representation of
all Americans. However, please remember,
all information is stored in a protected,
confidential database and no personally
identifiable information is ever released
to a client.
Draft
N' Drag is not trying to sell you anything
and your personal information is never
sold to third parties for any reason.

What do you do
with my survey responses?
Answer: Your
survey responses are combined with responses
from other Draft N' Drag members and are
delivered to clients on an aggregated
and anonymous basis. Clients then use
your opinions to help shape their future
products and services. In addition, we
will often show the Draft N' Drag community
its own aggregated and anonymous responses
in order to shed more light on the stock
car fan community.

How long do surveys
take?
Answer: Our
surveys range in length from just a couple
minutes to 30 minutes. Whenever possible,
we will try to keep the survey length
below 10 minutes. However, in each survey
invitation we will tell you how long we
expect the survey to take so that you
can plan your time accordingly. For longer
surveys, we will usually allow you to
leave the survey and come back at a later
time to pick-up where you left off. Please
note that completion times can vary significantly
based on the speed of your Internet connection
and or browser.

What will I receive
in return for participating in a Draft
N' Drag survey?
Answer: As
a thank you for your time, we will offer
you a reward for your participation. In
some cases, this may be an entry into
our fantastic quarterly sweepstakes which
is sponsored by BuzzSponge.com. The prizes
change every quarter, so keep an eye out
for what you can win! Take a peek at this
quarter's prizesFor
other surveys, we may offer reward points.
Accumulate reward points and redeem them
for NASCAR.com gift certificates.
Reward
points are powered by BuzzSponge.com.
If you belong to BuzzSponge or another
online community powered by BuzzSponge,
you will be able to aggregate all of your
points into one master account. Reward
points can be redeemed at any BuzzSponge
community of which you are a member.

How do I answer
a ranking question?
Answer: You
must give each item a unique number. Given
a number of items to rank, each item must
be assigned its own number which has not
been assigned to any other item.

Technical
Questions |
I didn't finish
the survey. How do I resume the survey?
Answer:Click
on the link provided in the email invitation
and the survey will automatically resume.
The survey will resume from the last answer
you submitted.
For
some surveys, you will be allowed to resume
the survey. For other surveys, you will
have to complete the entire survey in
one sitting. Your email invitation should
specify whether you will be allowed to
restart the survey.

My survey invitations
are being falsely classified as junk mail.
What can I do to correct this problem?
Answer: To
ensure you receive all our emails, add
our email address to your address book
or trusted senders list.
Click on
your ISP below and follow the directions.
If your ISP is not listed, you can designate
us as a trusted sender. This is usually
accomplished by adding our From Address
(e.g. survey@buzzsponge.com
) to your address
book.

(although none is required), and click

at the top of this message (it's next
to From Address).
• In the field titled First Name,
please enter BuzzSponge:
• To finish, click Save Entry.
Yahoo! Mail
• Click on the Add to Address Book
link at the top of your browser (next
to the From Address).
• Once the Add to Address Book page
opens, enter any additional fields you'd
like (though they are not required), then
click Add to Address Book.
• You should then see a confirmation
message at the top of your screen indicating
that the sender has been placed in your
Address Book.

NOTE:
If you have enabled Image Blocking, you
will need to take additional steps to
ensure that images appear within your
email messages. Otherwise, Yahoo! will
block all images - including those in
messages from your Trusted Senders.
• Click on Mail Options in the upper
right corner of your browser to access
the Options page.
• Click on General Preferences under
the Personalization heading.
• Go to the Security section and
UNCHECK the box marked Block HTML Graphics
in email messages from being downloaded.
• Then click Save at either the
top or bottom of your browser.
